We understand that, from time to time, there may be occasions where you need to take your child out of school.
There should always be a genuine reason for this and you will still need to supply additional information to us to support your request.
Bradford have introduced a global request form for the lead parent to complete to request time out of school during term time. School will no longer provide this. The form can be used to request time for children in different schools – for example Steeton Primary School and Carleton High School.

Once submitted, the form will be sent to school and it is school’s decision to authorise or not.
