We have achieved the Gold Reading for Pleasure Quality Mark.
This is in recognition for a developed and embedded reading culture that impacts across our community.
We have also been awarded the Harper Collins Author’s Choice Award for reading. Hannah Gold, children’s author, was the guest judge and presented us with our prize. We were chosen from entries across the country for our inviting reading spaces throughout school, as well as our dedication to providing all children with books that they are interested in; that are chosen by their teachers for them. Our school collection is modern, diverse and offers children a wide range of reading experiences.
